Middle-aged William Caldecott, a British writer, receives a letter from his estranged brother with a key to a house in France and the admonition, "Don't come looking for me because you'll never find me." Undaunted, the writer goes looking, and it changes his life, his relationship with his son, and perhaps even his memories of his brother. Sterling Audio maintains unusually high production standards. Sachs does an excellent job with all the voices, moving from old to young, male to female, British to French accents with equal ease. His deep, resonant voice is an excellent choice for this reading.
