"Globality"—a play on the word "reality"—refers to the shift in global influence from the West to the East and what it means for the world's economy. Written by a trio of business consultants from Boston, the work is far from a hand-wringing exercise as it lays out facts about new and never-imagined competition from countries like Russia, India, and China. The authors foresee a yin-yang relationship with these emerging economies. Narrator Christian Rummel gives the words a kind of bounce as he enthusiastically describes how to "tap into the global talent pools" with a spring in his voice that belies nary a hint of skepticism.
