GENGHIS Lords of the Bow

In the culmination of his quest to take control of the entire continent, Genghis and his Mongol hordes continue their sweep across Asia. Beginning with GENGHIS: BIRTH OF A NATION would likely provide background and nuance to the familial and military relationships herein and provide the listener with greater understanding of the personality of Genghis. Richard Ferrone is an accomplished storyteller who is at home with this tale—as if he has intimate knowledge of and definite views about the events. He keeps the pace moving as well during the expository passages as he does during the dramatic action.
