Ryan also gives listeners a strong sense of Madame Serena, a dramatic ghost medium who has a hard time accepting that she's dead. Ryan's portrayal even brings vibrancy to minor characters such as Jac's frosty mother and the threatening dark entity that is pursuing Kat.
