THE JUDAS

The second in a trilogy of spy novels featuring MI6 agent Paul Aston is based on the adage that four people can keep a secret if three of them are dead. Listeners will be caught up in nonstop action that revolves around the primordial conflict between good and evil. Roger May’s calm, controlled delivery makes the horrific events all the more suspenseful and real. Most of the time each character is well defined, and it’s clear who is speaking. A standout, even if she’s a trifle clichéd, is the brilliant lesbian computer geek who joins the MI6 group. The story ends rather abruptly, leaving the listener eager for the final installment.
