NICOLAE The Rise of Antichrist

Tom Swift meets Norman Vincent Peale. In the third installment of a quasi-religious fantasy/adventure, a team of modern true believers battles Nicolae Carpathia (as in the Carpathian Mountains, Dracula's bailiwick, get it?), whom they believe to embody the Antichrist. Here, Armaggedon draws nigh as Carpathia sets off WWIII. Richard Ferrone throws himself into the melodrama with an appropriately childlike ingenuousness.
