NOW YOU SEE HER

As Kiki Shaw turns forty, she finds that from time to time she becomes invisible to friends and colleagues. Is she disappearing? Whitney Otto weaves a multi-layered story of Kiki, her friends and family. Blair Brown has a very light, dreamy voice, which suits much of the narration as the recollections seem to float forward and back in time. She doesn't give characters distinct enough voices to identify them easily, and the characters drift through the narration as they do in the text.
