Robin Pilcher creates a story of love, compassion and understanding that rivals his mother's (Rosamunde) works. Living in Scotland and Long Island, David has lost his wife to cancer and is healing himself through gardening and being anonymous, when he befriends three important people and finds love in many flavors along the way. Eggar's lilting tongue wraps itself around descriptive scenes and emotions and a wide variety of accents.
