TRULY SEEING

TRULY SEEING is a collection of related talks from a retreat. As a live recording, it has a few distractions. But, overall, Thich Nhat Hahn's quiet and gentle manner of speaking is compelling. Although attention is required to follow the text, the teachings are simple and straightforward. His understated sense of humor is well represented. This collection includes some very personal observations of Thich Nhat Hahn as he illustrates his points. Each lesson is separated by the sound of chimes, a format that allows the book to be as the basis for meditation practice over a series of sessions.
