THE ART OF FLOWER ARRANGING

This live recording of a talk by Hahn is an introduction to meditation through the act of doing a simple everyday task such as flower arranging. Arranging flowers is a metaphor for arranging our lives in beauty, harmony, and peace. This talk embodies many of the basic precepts of Hahn’s teachings and is an accessible introduction to the practice of meditation. Following a brief statement by Hahn, a sweet song is presented. Then the talk begins. As it's a live recording, this presentation includes background talking and noise.
