Zhi Gang Sha's heavily accented English often falls into a singsong cadence that becomes tedious as he narrates his somewhat-repetitious book about mind/body healing. The introduction, over an hour in length, reviews in detail what the book will cover. The production frequently gives specific directions to the listener, such as pausing the audio and repeating a particular chant for some specified period. The author also "transmits" more than 40 “soul cleansings” in the form of "mind-body-soul transplants" aimed at various personal issues, such as eliminating excessive guilt, dealing with relationship problems, or healing health problems in pets.
