FATAL LAST WORDS

DCC Bob Skinner returns to investigate a murder that has taken place during the Edinburgh festival. James Bryce has narrated previous books in the lengthy Skinner series. Bryce brings Skinner and the large supporting cast to life, using his rich Scots brogue to deliver a plot that includes more murders and intrigue. He keeps the pace moving through twists in the plot, ensuring that readers are engaged throughout. Despite Bryce's accomplished delivery, listeners may find the large cast, many of whom have the same accent, difficult to distinguish.
