HAVE YOU SEEN MY COUNTRY LATELY? America's Wake-Up Call

Syndicated radio host Jerry Doyle throws his hat into the ring of conservative political commentators. He compensates for his mundane political statements with interesting stories from his varied experiences as a pilot, stockbroker, and Congressional candidate. Best known for his role on TV's “Babylon 5,” Doyle has a voice that is “all Brooklyn, all the time.” Some listeners may be turned off by his flat, almost nasal, inflection. His humor is a straight-up juxtaposition of facts, with no accents or ironic tone necessary. Initially, Doyle's voice is clipped and overly formal, but he hits his stride quickly and treats the reading as an extended radio episode.
