There are also good ideas on issues like designing office space, managing time, and handling administrative tasks but very little information about Web-based communication tools. The audio is supplemented by a disc containing an e-book of the complete text. Though Cynthia Marcucci’s narration is fine, the production is wanting: The timing of section titles (read by the female author) is sloppy, the chimes introducing sections are too loud, and the brief question responses by the author interrupt the narrator’s flow and have poor sound quality.
