QUANTUM

Technological espionage is the theme of this thriller involving Nolan Kilkenny, a former Navy SEAL who now heads a scientific think tank. Their latest innovation, involving the Unified Field Theory, along with the 1940s research of a German physicist, has been stolen by the Russian Mafia. Jerry O'Connell follows the breathless race for the retrieval of the research and the ensuing military encounters. O'Connell reads the narrative slowly and emphatically, in sharp contrast to his fluid handling of the dialogue. Nevertheless, the action moves the story to its outrageous conclusion.
