This production describes what deters people from achieving or maintaining balance in their work and personal lives and makes suggestions about how to fix the problem. Drawing from his own life, comedian O'Loghlin tells how he reshaped his workaholic lifestyle into one that focuses on family and friends. There’s no humor to be found, and O'Loghlin's delivery is rapid fire. Fluctuations in volume and swallowed words make the content difficult to follow, especially with his Australian accent and slang. While O'Loghlin reads admirably, he does not have much new to say about balancing one's life. Like many others, he emphasizes time management to increase productivity and reduce work hours.
