Jeremy Gage reads the story of BOSTON GLOBE reporter Carl Landry, who finds his investigation of a fellow veteran's murder stymied by the military dictatorship holding America in submission. Gage's performance is engaging and his reading precise, perhaps too much so; his diligent enunciation of every consonant can be irritating.
