Jack Caskey, a Washington criminal defense lawyer and former Navy SEAL, is hired to defend the two flyers. Narrator Scott Sowers’s brash, edgy delivery nicely matches Caskey’s intense, impatient nature. Sowers’s staccato intonation is crisp and engaging; however, his lack of vocal variety makes it difficult to follow the many complex conversations.
