AT THE GATES OF DARKNESS

The twenty-fourth installment in the Demonwar Saga fantasy series sees a demon troupe on its way to Triagia to instigate a massive civil war. Fans of the series will find themselves glued to the gritty narration by Richard Ferrone, whose deep bass booms through the speakers, creating a foreboding atmosphere from the first sentence. Ferrone’s character interpretations are fitting and easily differentiated. Ferrone himself sounds thoroughly entertained by the epic tale, never tiring in his delivery or allowing his pace to slow, as is the case in his previous readings in the series.
