SCI-FI PRIVATE EYE

The third in a series of sci-fi literature with particular themes, this collection of Asimov's favorite sci-fi private eye stories is not available in print. Bill Fantini and Nelson Runger read stories by Fred Saberhagen, Edward Wellen, Robert Silverberg, Poul Anderson and Phillip Dick with varying degrees of success. Their deep, slow voices create a satisfying otherworldliness, but their vocal characterizations are uninteresting. Eerie electronic music brightens the production considerably.
