In this sequel to LAWN BOY, the 12-year-old entrepreneur is still wealthy from his lawn business and investments. Complications ensue when the adult world takes notice of his fortune, and shady businessmen, fangirls, and even the IRS show up. The plot is swift, and Tom Parks narrates at a fast pace, but his reading is always clear and understandable. His character portrayals are fun: a grandma with a creaky voice; young, upbeat kids; a mellow hippie stockbroker; a gruff, good-natured boxer.
