HOLY GHOSTS Or How a (Not-so) Good Catholic Boy Became a Beliver in Things that Go Bump in the Night

Author and narrator Gary Jansen recounts his brief (he hopes) midlife experience with things that go bump in the night. After moving into the house he grew up in, Jansen and his family experience apparitions and sounds without explanation. His search for an explanation leads him to the book LIVES OF THE SAINTS, the Old Testament, and a long-distance psychic named Mary Ann Winkowski, who claims her mystic powers will work over the phone. Jansen achieves the perfect conversational narration. In his sonorous and youthful voice he briskly builds the dark suspense to an exorcistic climax.
