The subtitle of this book, New Theories on How to Build Effective Teams to Achieve WorldClass Quality and Compete Profitably, explains what it's all about. It goes into great detail, using many examples (mainly from the Pacific Northwest where the author lives) to illustrate how to build effective teams to compete in today's markets. The narration is dull. Klein uses little enthusiasm to enhance the material. An important part of this account is the commitment of the author, which should be communicated to the listener.
