TALES OF SIR GADABOUT

Hilarious. The setting is Camelot; the bizarrely named characters fumble through the roles life has assigned them. Situations follow relentlessly from big grin to belly laugh. Mitchley is a master performer. His characters dazzle with characterization. The ill-tempered cat, Sir Sidney Smith, has a voice that slides in the knife Herbert the Squire sounds big and pathetically eager to please. The two witches could have stepped out of Disney's Snow White. There are no sound effects, and none are needed. Superior writing and performance. D.W.
