In this third book the heroes are headed to the Chicago World’s Fair to confront the evil Gog. Listeners who begin with this volume will likely be lost and, in any case, won’t be able to fully enjoy the story. Maher tells the story as if he’s friends with the characters and has gathered everyone together for a story fest. He has a steady, unrushed pace.
