HANGING HILL

Pretty, popular teen Lorne Wood disappears one night and turns up gruesomely murdered on a canal towpath in picturesque Bath, England. The ensuing mystery involves the girl, the cops, a pair of estranged sisters, and the pornography trade in the west of England. Without a doubt Rosalyn Landor carries this story. She beautifully manages a broad range of voices and characters, and her pacing invigorates the story line. Landor creates excellent differentiation among the players with exquisite voicings, especially for the wide variety of males, who range from teens with raging hormones to grizzled police veterans.
