BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE

Former London cops John Cannon and Liz Makepeace move to Lincolnshire to open a pub, intending to lead quiet lives. However, their plans go awry when a troubled young woman seeks their help and then swiftly disappears. Narrator Nick McArdle is called into action since there are suspects aplenty. In addition to the colorful customers who frequent the pub, former cops and criminals join the mix when Liz also goes missing.
