LOVE, MOUSERELLA

At her mother’s suggestion, lonely Mouserella writes her grandmother a letter. The letter is full of Mouserella’s news: Her caterpillar has changed into a chrysalis, she’s practicing Grandmother’s posture exercise, and she put honey on her ears to attract butterflies. Michele Medlin’s voice is convincingly childlike. Her pace increases as Mouserella thinks of more and more things to tell her grandmother, her tone lightens and bounces with each new experience, and her sense of excitement builds from one adventure to the next.
