Two surviving societies in this postapocalyptic world are on the verge of collision, when John Prophet, a ghost from the past, suddenly appears on the scene. Prophet's character creates a sense both of hope and distrust. Is he a saviour— or a threat? What sets this production apart from other full-cast audio dramas is the fact that it was recorded in the field. The result is hard to achieve in the studio and brings an unique sense of "being there." The large number of characters and the switching between two plotlines are ably handled by the cast.
