IT'S ONLY TOO LATE IF YOU DON'T START NOW

[Editor's note: The following is a combined review with I COULD DO ANYHING IF I ONLY KNEW WHAT IT WAS.]--These upbeat audiobooks encourage listeners to recapture their child-like wonder. The second one posits that the first half of your life belongs to nature and the second half to you. Drawing from her experience as a therapist and career counselor, Sher offers many examples from her practice. These are ordinary people following whatever dream is in their heart, even if people think they're crazy! Sher has an encouraging voice well suited for her radio and audiobook work. Her sound has no placeable accent and is professionally neutral. There is little inflection to show moods or emotion. Unfortunately, after the full 10 hours, it can border on the monotonous.
