The goal of this well-intentioned audiobook is to promote the value of making continuous daily adjustments--to break out of ineffective habits and begin activities that move us closer to what we want from life. The strategies offered are often cluttered with information and repetitive references to other time-management authors or bloggers. Hindered further by complex sentences and lists, the book's flow of life management ideas never finds its rhythm. Despite these challenges, narrator Sarah Zimmerman gets almost all the phrasing right and delivers a performance that conveys both charm and inviting urgency. Even when the book's prescriptions sound self-evident and the concept of "tweaking it" begins to sound tired, she holds it together with her can-do tone and appealing speaking voice.
