If British mysteries, with their eccentric characters and charming settings, are your cup of tea, enter the world of Rina Martin, boarding house proprietor. Narrator Andrew Wincott brings just the right tone to a mystery that is more psychological than action oriented. His accent, dry humor, and smooth pacing fit the plot and enhance the atmosphere. Through changes in tone and accent, he gives the many characters unique voices and personalities. The large cast, coupled with short chapters and rapidly changing scenes and time frames, makes following this production somewhat of a challenge.
