Since most of the guests are professors and seasoned lecturers, they sling their lingo pretty well, not stumbling on their own polysyllabic technical terms (for example, psychoneuroimmunology). These pros are clearly spouting dogma they've preached before in other forums. Because the information is good, and the mood is kept mellow, many listeners might find this audiobook to be a painless injection of information on alternative and complementary therapies.
