There are some challenges to this format since participants’ questions are not clearly audible in the question-and-answer parts of the production. However, Hambleton makes up for this by reiterating the question. He comes across as a genuine and caring teacher with his hearty delivery. His casual tone helps put listeners at ease, especially those who want to learn more about business concepts but may be intimidated by a more formal approach. Because of the training session format, Hambleton often refers to a workbook that the listener doesn’t have.
