Narrating this energizing business memoir/lesson, Nico Evers-Swindell sounds like he's intentionally speaking slower than is natural for him. But his Australian voice is quite friendly, his phrasing near perfect, and his approach totally in sync with the fun in the authors' story. Kalish and Leffler tell how they started a mega- successful natural beauty brand--Yes To Carrots--by staying loose, making all of their relationships highly personal, and staying true to their altruistic, community-oriented principles. Their descriptions of how they approach strategy and sales are enormously entertaining--a well-written and authentic reflection of their high-chutzpah family backgrounds, playful acceptance of life's risks, and nimble instincts.
