SKY DANCER

British actor Bill Wallis gets high marks for his portrayal of scientist Peter Joyce, who helps develop a nuclear warhead that evades antiballistic missiles, then has to make some hard choices when he learns his system may have been compromised. Wallis's deep, very British voice lends credibility to his characters, but he also shows he is capable in fast-paced action scenes.
