This audiobook is a series of reflections and essays addressing hunger in the world and the need for an integrated approach that takes into account both the environment (locally and globally) and unique local circumstances. David Drummond’s solid reading keeps the narrative flowing. He adds touches of emotion by raising the pitch of his voice at selected points. The weakness in this work arises from its structure. Many of the 40 separate entries have a sameness that can leave listeners thinking "I've heard this before," especially if they listen for long periods of time.
