WRECKED

In her third outing, Texas Chief of Police Josie Gray takes on her most personal case yet. Narrator Nicole Poole is completely convincing as Josie is dragged through an emotional wringer. Thanks to Poole's performance, Josie's frustration and helplessness sound authentic when her longtime lover and friend, Dillon Reece, fails to show up for a date. She doesn't check on him because she's insecure about their relationship, and when she learns he's been kidnapped, Poole subtly reflects her sense of remorse.
