MIDNIGHT'S CHOICE

This sequel to SWITCHERS finds "switcher" Tess struggling with the lures of good and evil as she experiences the euphoria of life as a phoenix with her friend, Kevin, and the detatched soullessness of her vampire form. Niamh Cusack gamely voices all of the characters, including Tess's worried parents and lots of frantic rats. She's especially good at transforming fellow switcher Martin's voice as he himself transforms, morphing from awkward boy into the seductive, sinister vampire.
