LITTLE OLD MRS. PEPPERPOT & MRS. PEPPERPOT AGAIN

Poor Mrs. Pepperpot has an embarrassing problem; at the most inopportune times, she shrinks down to the size of her namesake--a pepperpot(shaker)! Because of this, she has some funny adventures that require her to ingeniously get out of trouble. She usually relies on animals, who can understand her, for help. Keith masterfully creates a menagerie of animal voices, all of which are quite convincing. The bird and cat sound most realistic while cleverly speaking real words. To add to the fun, Mrs. Pepperpot's voice drastically changes as her size alters. Since these stories rely on wordplay, the audio presentation definitely enhances this title. S.G.B.
