THE ART OF HAPPINESS AT WORK

This is a beautiful book, and the way it was written makes it perfect for audio production. On numerous occasions Howard Cutler spoke with the Dalai Lama about happiness at work. At times, Cutler sums up and reflects on these talks, but much of the book reproduces the flow and feeling of the actual conversations, even commenting on the Dalai Lama's speech patterns, pauses for thought, and eruptions of humor. All of these come through in Robert O'Keefe's narration. O'Keefe distinguishes between the two contributors smoothly, making both come alive through subtleties of voice and letting the Dalai Lama's powerful ethos shine through. G.T.B.
