Turpin's versatile narration skills are highlighted as she breathes life into the withdrawn and isolated "paper doll" wife, Lina, while also portraying her aggressive husband, David. Lina's unexpected encounter with Noah, a charismatic and charming actor, serves as a catalyst for the dismantling of a marriage built on coercive control, emotional abuse, manipulation, gaslighting, and domestic violence.
