Duran's most striking renderings are those of Yahshua, the Bible-quoting thug, and Bodhi's gentle mother, who offers him simple but important advice. As Bodhi closes in on the kidnappers, his bravery leaves listeners breathless with anticipation. The well-depicted conclusion is a sad yet hopeful summation of today's world.
