[Editor's Note: The following is a combined review with RESTORING ABRAHAMIC FAITH.]--These two productions will appeal to those interested in Jewish and Christian theology. Followers of the Noahide movement are looking for a return to the Abrahamic faith. Among its tenets are what they call an uncompromising monotheism, which results in a denial of the Trinity and, hence, Jesus's divinity. Tabor's RESTORING ABRAHAMIC FAITH is actually a recording of one of his lectures and is quite good. Tabor speaks easily and displays the assuredness of having given such a talk many times before. CHRIST MYTH-MESS is a look at the pagan roots of Christmas. The topic, while interesting, is not addressed until after the halfway point of the production, and the recording is hard to hear. Altogether this is a substandard recording. M.T.F. © AudioFile 2007, Portland, Maine [Published: DEC 07/ JAN 08]
