ANIMAL STRIKE AT THE ZOO. IT'S TRUE!

When Sue arrives for a much anticipated visit to the zoo, she can't hide her disappointment. There's so little to see! There's no prowling or howling or growling or scowling. Monkeys are demanding a pool, zebras have painted in their stripes, giraffes are knitting covers for their necks, and the penguins are snoring. What a boring place! Kevin Free narrates with vigor. His shock is palpable as he describes each striking animal and the zookeeper's consternation. Free relishes the rhyme and repetition and is audibly satisfied when the zoo's problem is solved.
