10TH ANNIVERSARY

Patterson and Paetro’s engaging story and Carolyn McCormick’s skillful narration will draw listeners into the tenth installment in the Women’s Murder Club series. Carolyn McCormick sounds appropriately light during the numerous scenes between girlfriends and tensely dark for the dramatic moments. Three plotlines dominate the proceedings: a whodunit involving a heart surgeon and her late husband, a missing child case, and a serial rapist who is terrorizing local residents. Through it all, narrator McCormick makes listeners root for Prosecutor Yuki Castellano to solve her murder case, detective Lindsay Boxer to rescue the child, and journalist Cindy Thomas to identify the rapist.
