RANDOM IN DEATH In Death, Book 58

Susan Ericksen's energetic performance is unparalleled in this latest in the futuristic In Death series. Jenna, a teen who is enjoying a live performance of her favorite band, is jabbed at the show by a killer with a needle filled with a deadly combination of pure heroin and other drugs. To top it off, the needle itself is covered in infectious bacteria. Lt. Eve Dallas fears Jenna was targeted at random, making it more likely that the killer will strike again. Ericksen's performance enhances the emotional journey. Her pace and volume increase as Jenna expresses excitement.
