SUNSET BEACH

Narrator Kathleen McInerney brings the listener into Drue Campbell's sorry life. She is out of a job and has hit bottom. Then her estranged father approaches her with both a job offer and a place to live--in her grandparents' beach cottage. Drue's father is a personal injury lawyer and has her working the phone at his firm. McInerney gives each character a unique voice--from the bitchy tones of Drue's father's new wife to the husky timbre of Drue's co-worker. Drue becomes embroiled in two mysteries, one involving her father's firm and the other a forty- year-old-disappearance. The listener gets caught up in Drue's investigations and her rehabbing of the cottage. McInerney will have listeners eager to hear how it all turns out.
